WORLDRETHINK: Twitter tour on May 9, 2020 - Why Intel makes good business during COVID-19 pandemic?

#WR: Why Intel is growing in during #COVID19? No all the companies run bad in crisis time. #Intel, chip maker, reported a jump in first-quarter earnings, according to @WSJ. Its sales grew 23% compared a year ago. As we know #remotework demands computers and computers need #chips.

It is interesting to observe that Intel - leading semiconductor leader -  have new great opportunities during the COVID-19 crisis. As the news says: Its first 2020 financial quarter was excellent.

The remote work of companies and professionals is forcing to buy more personal computers and update technology to make the office work in a remotely way. This factor and the need of more power information technology infrastructures are great advance for a cheap maker with expertise and manufacturing capabilities like Intel.
