#WR: US Supreme Court in the way to have a new Justice. According to @WSJ, GOP senators can confirm Justice Kennedy’s successor without Democratic votes. Without filibuster rules, 50 votes are enough to name a new Justice with conservative roots. Democrats will lose the struggle.
