WORLDRETHINK: Twitter tour on March 31, 2020 - Chinese return to the battlefield

#WR: Is China returning to the battlefield? While US is involved in the #COVID-19 crisis, @WSJ wrote “The chairman of #Huawei Technologies Co. warned the US to expect countermeasures from the #Chinese government if it further restricts the technology giant’s access to suppliers.”

#WR: After a pause, Huawei is warning to US that Chinese government will support it in the claim for restrictions to suppliers. According to @WSJ: "the U.S. has filed two indictments alleging the Chinese company stole technology and violated US sanctions on Iran." #China #Huawei

The Huawei's case shows us that Chinese are accelerating the return to their normal times to continue the technological battle against the United States.

While the western world is submerged in a serious sanitary crisis that started with the virus from Wuhan,  Chinese begin a new war cycle with the intention to take advantage of the bad moment their enemies are living.

RETHINKING on March 31, 2020

#WR: Florida in the spring: Mar-31, Tuesday with low traffic, great #sunrise. Mr. Sun greeted: "Good day, folks! Are you taking "social distancing"? But I believe you can walk/run a little in the dawn. Gym is health!

WORLDRETHINK: Twitter tour on March 30, 2020 - Will COVID-19 kill independent newspapers?

#WR: Will #COVID19 kill independent newspapers? @WSJ said: “Facebook is pledging $100 million in grant money and promised ad spending to help struggling news outlets weather the financial blow of the coronavirus outbreak.” If giants put money in small papers, independence ends!!!

#WR: From  @WSJ to reread: “News outlets—particularly smaller, local newspapers—face substantial advertising revenue declines as shuttered or disrupted businesses pull back spending." As we know, independent newspapers without own resources, cannot pay good #journalists. #COVID19

The comments about the Facebook's initiative to put $100 million in news outlets was posted in a column of @WSJ  titled “Facebook Pledges $100 Million for News Outlets Hit by Coronavirus Outbreak” written by By Lukas I. Alpert and poste online today March 30, 2020 6:00 am ET

It is important to remark that when media giants invest money in small publications and pay directly or indirectly journalists and analyst/writers, they put conditions in the subjects to post and in the sources of these news, columns, articles or stories. This is a way to kill independent newspapers.

We were observing this phenomena since before the COVID-19 crisis, in the reading of newspapers like Miami Herald and other similar local publications across the United. States.
