#WR: Biden's collisions start with the Interior Secretary nominee.
@WSJ says “Deb Haaland is poised to make history on two fronts, as both the first Native American cabinet secretary and as the architect of what could be a landmark change in the US government’s relationship with oil.”
After Trump's White House, now the problems start with the new administration. If Deb Haaland becomes the new Interior Secretary, we will remember her name, every day that we are in front of a pump gas station.
The question is: How is it possible to balance the environmental politics with the change issue with the fracking industry?
According to The Wall Street Journal, Deb Haaland wrote "“Fracking is a danger to the air we breathe and water we drink,” in 2017 before she was elected to Congress. “The auctioning off of our land for fracking and drilling serves only to drive profits to the few.”
Debra Anne Haaland is an American politician who has been the U.S. Representative from New Mexico since 2019.
