#WR: Are EU regulators right punishing Google? @Reuters wrote “EU antitrust regulators hit Google with a record 4.34 billion euro ($5 billion) fine and ordered it to stop using its Android mobile operating system to block rivals," a ruling which the U.S. company plans to appeal.

#WR: We have to remember that Google is the Android's owner . It bought the company that made its first version and after that it put Android in the market. From that moment till now, Google continues updating it. For this reason, the EU’s decision to punish Google is polemical.
