#WR: Amazon will retrain workforce! @WSJ wrote that “http://Amazon.com  plans to spend $700 million to retrain a third of its U.S. workforce." Good initiative, but I think all the employees of the companies that use tech tools have to be retrained periodically. #Amazon #tech

The re-training is necessary in all the companies that use technological tools that periodically are updated with new software packages and systems.
