The Wall Street Journal posted a story titled "Tens of Thousands Trapped as Afghanistan’s Neighbors Close Borders" about the Afghan people that now want to leave their country.
This was my comment in the WSJ blog sector related to the story:
Afghans didn't react in the right moment, before the Taliban returned to Kabul. They were sleeping on a corrupt government and national army of cowards during twenty years.
Now they are paying the consequences. It is too late for a massive escape to neighbor countries that don't want to have problems with the new rulers of Afghanistan.
