Tolerance in the Taliban regime has different meanings according to what we are seeing right now.
The Wall Street Journal says that yesterday a Taliban leader commented that the new regime will be tolerant with enemies and about women's rights.
However, from the moment the militants were advancing in its new campaign against the Afghan government, in recent days before entering Kabul, they executed soldiers of the government.
Also, in some provinces and cities, again they prohibit women from going to work.
WSJ Editorial observes: "From executing rivals to restricting women’s rights, the new Taliban in Afghanistan look a lot like the old Taliban"
