The war between Ukraine and Russia has dramatically changed the European geography.
During the last few decades after the Berlin Wall fell, Russia and Germany developed a strong friendship that now is breaking.
Deutsche Welle analyzes the new situation in a story titled “War in Ukraine: Is Germany losing its EU leadership role?”
DW posted “This year, when Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24, Germany's new Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock said, "We have woken up in a different world."
My opinion: "Till now, the world doesn't know enough about the consequences of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. If Mr. Putin continues in the current direction Germany will be broken in parts again due to the different interests that ruled this country during the last decades."
