#WR: “The world on fire!” On April 3, Henry A. Kissinger posted deep thought: The former US Secretary said ‘Now, we live an epochal period. The historic challenge for leaders is to manage the crisis while building the future. Failure could set the world on fire.” #Kissinger @WSJ
After an extensive analysis of the COVID-19 in the opinion column titled "The Coronavirus Pandemic Will Forever Alter the World Order", Mr. Kissinger ends its writing with the statement posted in the previous tweet.
The former US Secretary doesn't say the responsibilities are from one particular leader. He addresses to the leaders. And he marks the failure to the current historic challenge will be a catastrophe for the United States and the world.
Really, we have to put in special frame his thinking " The historic challenge for leaders is to manage the crisis while building the future. Failure could set the world on fire."
