The Wall Street Journal posted an interesting
rethinking of the columnist Daniel Henninger in a opinion column titled
"Let’s Turn Off the Olympics"
Mr. Henninger starts with these words
"Needless to say, I won’t be watching the Winter Olympics in China, where
it’s winter, every day for the human spirit. Best of luck to our athletes, who
are sentenced to performing in whichever country the endlessly disagreeable
International Olympic Committee chooses. "
This was my rethinking about the Beijing
Olympics posted as a blog comment in the bottom of Mr. Henninger’s column:
"An Olympic event used as political propaganda of a totalitarian regime
doesn't deserve to be followed..."
