#WR: Will Amazon robotize its world organization of thousands of employees? @WSJ puts on the table the issue: “Amazon’s New CEO, Andy Jassy, can either help workers and sellers – or automate them away.“ My opinion: Mr. Jassy will replace human employees for robot armies.
With the current expertise in software and algorithms to automate operations, the new Amazon CEO can replace a lot of human units of employees for robots armies. This will be a more efficient organization and with less labor problems.
In summary, human slaves are cheap but they are not efficient. And today, Amazon works with thousands and thousands of employees and contractors, some of them with low wages.
